Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Dominic Nicholson LLC, doing business as Bagzamilleon (“Bagzamilleon”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on dominicrnicholson.com and the member portal. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser storage and tracking pixels, work in a comparable way. In this policy we call all of them “cookies”.

Essential cookies keep the website working and are always on:

• Remembering your cart between pages
• Keeping you signed in to your account and the member portal
• Processing checkout and payments securely through our payment provider, Stripe
• Remembering your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit

Analytics cookies help us understand how the website is used, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Our store platform's visitor statistics run only after you accept analytics cookies.

Advertising cookies help measure and show ads:

• Google AdSense may show ads on selected free educational pages only. It is not loaded on checkout, product pages, the member portal, membership pages or the BAGZ pages. Before you make a choice, or if you decline, Google may still show limited, non-personalized ads on those educational pages and may use limited data to do so. Personalized ads and advertising cookies stay off unless you accept.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) uses an advertising pixel to measure visits and purchases and to support our Facebook and Instagram shop.

Embedded content: some pages show YouTube videos, Instagram posts or Google Maps. These services may set their own cookies when their content loads, under their own privacy policies.

• Use our cookie banner to accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. You can reopen it at any time with Manage Cookies in the website footer.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart, checkout or member portal from working.
• You can email us at support@dominicrnicholson.com to opt out of advertising, and we will honor your request.

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the tools we use. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We will update it before we start using any new analytics or advertising partner.
