When you invest in mentorship with Dominic Nicholson, you are purchasing direct, exclusive access to his personal time, knowledge, and attention. This is not a product, not a subscription, and not a traditional service. It is mentorship — and once that time is committed to you, it cannot be returned.

Why There Are No Refunds

Unlike a physical product that can be returned or a digital file that can be revoked, mentorship delivers value the moment a session begins. You receive real strategies, real conversations, and real time — none of which can be given back.

Dominic operates on a strict one-on-one basis. Every client that joins takes a slot that could have gone to someone else. Refunds would devalue that commitment on both sides.

What You Are Purchasing

  • Exclusive access to Dominic's personal time and expertise
  • A direct mentorship relationship — not a course, not a group, not a recording
  • Education and frameworks you can apply to your own budgeting, credit knowledge, and business planning
  • Accountability and guidance from someone who has done it and continues to do it

By Enrolling, You Agree

  • You have read and understood this policy in full before purchasing.
  • You understand that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • You are making a voluntary investment in yourself and your future.
  • No chargebacks or payment disputes will be initiated — doing so constitutes a breach of this agreement.
  • Results vary. Dominic provides knowledge and accountability, not a guaranteed financial outcome.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing a mentorship program is considered fraud. Dominic Nicholson reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with full documentation of the agreement, communications, and sessions delivered. Clients who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from all programs and communities.

Your Commitment Matters

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the mentorship. Dominic shows up for every client with full energy and focus. The expectation is that you do the same. If you have questions about a program before purchasing, reach out first — not after.

This policy applies to all programs including but not limited to: one-on-one mentorship, financial literacy and credit education, business funding education, and any digital or in-person sessions. Dominic Nicholson provides educational content and general principles only — not credit repair services, and not individualized advice to dispute, remove, or alter any specific item on a client's credit report. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
