3. How We Use Your Information

- To prevent fraud, protect accounts and meet legal obligations
4. Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business:
- Our website and store platform, which hosts the website, member portal and order records, and provides basic visitor statistics after you accept cookies
- Our payment provider, Stripe, which processes payments
- Klaviyo, which sends our order, marketing and (if you opt in) text messages
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), whose advertising pixel measures visits and purchases, and which runs our Facebook and Instagram shop
- Google, which may show advertising (AdSense) on selected free educational pages
- YouTube, Instagram and Google Maps, whose content is embedded on some pages and may collect information when it loads
We will update this policy before we start using any new analytics or advertising partner.
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a sale or merger.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising tools may count as “selling”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain US state laws. To opt out, email us at support@dominicrnicholson.com and we will honor your request. You can also choose Decline in our cookie banner, which you can reopen at any time with Manage Cookies in the website footer.
5. Cookies and Advertising
We use essential cookies to keep the website, cart, checkout and member portal working. Our cookie banner asks for your choice about analytics and advertising cookies. Our store platform's visitor statistics run only after you accept. Google AdSense may show ads on selected free educational pages only, never on checkout, product pages, the member portal, membership pages or the BAGZ pages. Until you accept, Google may still show limited, non-personalized ads there; personalized ads and advertising cookies stay off unless you accept. Meta's advertising pixel may also set cookies to measure visits and purchases. You can change your choice at any time with Manage Cookies in the footer, or by emailing us. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide your program and portal access and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We keep email and text sign-up details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Other information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.
7. How We Protect It
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
- Ask us to correct or delete your information
- Opt out of marketing messages, targeted advertising, or the sale or sharing of your information
- Not be treated differently for using these rights
To make a request, email support@dominicrnicholson.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
9. Children
Our website and programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Websites
The website links to or embeds third-party services such as social media, video players and maps. Their own privacy policies apply to information they collect.
