We never ask for banking passwords, cryptocurrency private keys or recovery phrases.

3.How We Use Information

  • To process purchases and deliver your program, portal access and digital downloads
  • To schedule and run mentorship sessions and respond to your questions
  • To send order confirmations, download emails and account messages
  • To send newsletters, educational content and offers by email, and by text only if you opted in
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it
  • To measure and show advertising, where you have allowed it through your cookie choices
  • To track referrals made through our affiliate program
  • To prevent fraud, protect accounts and meet legal obligations

4.Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep the website, cart, checkout and member portal working and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.

Our cookie banner asks for your choice about analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Manage Cookies in the website footer. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may stop the cart, checkout or member portal from working. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

5.Analytics & Advertising

  • Visitor statistics: our website platform records page views and visits only after you accept analytics cookies.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our advertising pixel measures visits, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase activity, and supports our Facebook and Instagram shop. It may receive limited contact details in a hashed (scrambled) form to match those events.
  • Google AdSense: may show ads on selected free educational pages only. It is not loaded on checkout, product pages, the member portal, membership pages or BAGZ pages. Until you accept advertising cookies, Google may show only limited, non-personalized ads.
  • Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is honored for Google advertising and analytics consent.

6.Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to run the business. They may process information only to provide their services to us:

  • Amboras, our website and store platform, which hosts the website, member portal, accounts and order records
  • Stripe, which processes payments
  • Klaviyo, which sends our emails and, if you opt in, our text messages
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement and our social shop
  • Google, for AdSense advertising on selected free educational pages
  • GoAffPro, which tracks referrals for our affiliate program
  • Calendly or a similar scheduling tool, when you book a session or call
  • YouTube, Instagram and Google Maps, whose content is embedded on some pages and may collect information under their own privacy policies when it loads

7.How We Share Information

Customer data is not shared with third parties for their independent promotional or marketing purposes. We share information only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a sale or merger.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, certain advertising cookies may be considered “selling”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out by choosing Decline in our cookie banner (reopen it with Manage Cookies in the footer) or by emailing support@dominicrnicholson.com.

Section 8

SMS Privacy Policy & Messaging Terms

Data Sharing

  • Customer data is not shared with third parties for their independent promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Authorized messaging service providers may process information solely to deliver communications on our behalf.

SMS Messaging Program

Dominic Nicholson LLC may send customer service messages, account updates, educational information, product announcements, and promotional offers to individuals who have provided the required consent.

  • Messages may be sent from (888) 394-6364.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
  • After replying STOP, you will receive an opt-out confirmation.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • For assistance, contact support@dominicrnicholson.com.
  • Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not required to purchase products or services.

How SMS Consent Works

  • We collect a mobile number for text messages only through separate SMS consent checkboxes that are unchecked by default, such as on our Text Message Sign-Up page. Customer care and marketing texts are separate choices, and you can submit the form without selecting either.
  • We do not enroll you in marketing text messages when you submit a contact form, join our email list, create an account or make a purchase.
  • The sign-up shows the messaging disclosure with links to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
  • When you use our Text Message Sign-Up form, we record your mobile number, the date and time, which consent options you selected, the exact consent wording shown to you and where you signed up. These records are kept in our secure store administration system and are accessible only to authorized personnel. Where supported, our messaging provider also keeps a record of your consent.
  • You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by emailing us.

9.Data Security

We use reputable service providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Payments are processed by Stripe, and access to the member portal requires a login. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10.Data Retention

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide your program and portal access and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We keep email and SMS sign-up details and consent records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and longer only where the law requires proof of consent. Other information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed.

11.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information
  • Opt out of marketing emails and texts, targeted advertising, or the sale or sharing of your information
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave
  • Not be treated differently for using these rights

To make a request, email support@dominicrnicholson.com or call (888) 394-6364. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

12.Children

Our website and programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or service providers change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
